Change a Heart is a ministry of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities (Millvale Region). The sisters are a multi-cultural, international congregation of women religious who have served in the Diocese of Pittsburgh for more than 140 years. They have made many vital contributions in response to the needs of the times through their ministries of healthcare, education, social services, housing and prayer. The congregation extends to sisters ministering throughout the United States (including Hawaii) with congregational offices in Pennsylvania and New York.

The Catholic Network of Volunteer Service (CNVS) is a non-profit membership organization of 200 domestic and international volunteer and lay mission programs, one of which being Change a Heart.

Americorps

Each year, AmeriCorps offers 75,000 opportunities for adults of all ages and backgrounds to serve through a network of partnerships with local and national nonprofit groups. Change a Heart is one of those affilate programs.

St. Vincent Pallotti Center

The mission of the St. Vincent Pallotti Center is to inspire volunteer service through Catholic-based organizations. We support prospective volunteers during their exploration of service opportunities, strengthen the personal and spiritual development of volunteers while they serve, and assist former volunteers to stay connected to their ideals and their communities.
