Placement Opportunities

The Change a Heart Program offers young adults a unique opportunity to serve in the ministry of his or her choice during a year of service where members grow personally, professionally and spiritually to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Provide intake, referral and follow-up health services to low-income persons in need of services such as obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, family health, dentistry, pharmacy, behavioral health, social services and outreach programs.

Milestone

Assist clients in need of better understanding of their medication – for example when they should take it, how much they should take, how it will help them, possible side effects, and what not to do while taking the medication
